Carlie + Forrest are one of those couples that you just are naturally drawn to. Their personalities are so friendly and caring that you cant help but want to be their friends! Within seconds of my first conversation with Carlie, I asked her “are you a teacher or a nurse?!” She’s just got that super caring and positive personality that just makes you have a better day just by talking to her and guess what!?! SHES A NURSE! Actually, a PEDIATRIC NURSE! I knew it!

Shout out to all you nurses! Your job is NEVER easy! Not only do you pull long hours, care for patients, calm emotionally wrecked family members, you do it all with a smile on your face! Your job causes you to be completely selfless. You are the real heroes! Thank you for what you do!

I always love finding out how our couples met each other and Carlie and Forrest happen to be high school sweethearts just like Jerico and I. They met when they were 16 at Carlie’s best friend’s sweet 16 (the same best friend is going to be her maid of honor!). Needless to say, in the last 7 years, Carlie and Forrest have been through a lot of life changes. From high school prom, attending and graduating college, to both landing their dream jobs. They have been through all of it together and have continued to be the best of friends (we really believe this is the key to lasting relationships!).

I wish you could see the way that Forrest makes Carlie smile and laugh, it’s absolutely the sweetest. When she looks at him, her eyes just light up and she gets the biggest smile. I cant wait to see Carlie + Forrest have their best day ever. In just a few days, they will be surrounded by all of their closest friends and family and it will be PERFECT!
