It all began on a Halloween night straight out of a sitcom, where fate had a delightful surprise in store for our lovebirds. Owen, rocking his best Robin costume, caught the eye of Amber, who was serving up some seriously rad '80s vibes. It was a match made in costume heaven! Who knew that night would lead to the ultimate treat of finding love?
Their love story truly reads like a rom-com montage—cozy nights snuggled up with their pup Tucker (aka "monkey"), road trips fueled by endless playlists, and a whole lot of laughter along the way. Through it all, they've become each other's biggest cheerleaders, proving that love is even better when shared with your best friend. Owen's infectious laughter became Amber's daily dose of happiness, while Amber's compassionate heart had Owen head over heels in no time.
Their love story soared to new heights when Owen pulled off the ultimate romantic gesture right in the heart of Seattle—a proposal fit for a fairy tale! Picture this: during a weekend getaway with their close friends, they stumbled upon a magical scene on Pier 62. There was a street musician, a video crew, and a photographer—all the makings of a picture-perfect moment. AND THEN, to top it all off, the street musician all of a sudden asked if Owen wanted to come play! Owen took center stage, playing Amber's favorite song, "Les Champs-Élysées," on the keys. Can you believe it? As she stood there in awe, he poured his heart out in song. But wait, there's more! Owen had one final surprise up his sleeve. He added a fourth "secret" verse to the song in english, with these lyrics, "Will you marry me? We'll be so happy." With tears in her eyes and a huge smile on her face, she walked over to Owen to give him the biggest hug + kiss. And then, with all eyes on them, Owen got down on one knee again and asked her those four little words once more. And you guessed it—she said yes! It was a proposal beyond her wildest dreams, and the start of their happily ever after.
The streets of Downtown St. Augustine served as the perfect backdrop for Amber and Owen's engagement session—where history meets romance. Walking hand in hand through the charming streets of St. Augustine, Amber and Owen were the epitome of joy and love. With Tucker happily by their side, we explored the beautiful historic Downtown St. Augustine. We started at The Lightner Museum, which happens to be the venue they will be getting married at, we then went down some of the beautiful cobblestone alleys.
Their laughter echoed through the historic city as they playfully teased each other, stealing kisses and exchanging loving glances. It was evident that their bond was not only strong but also filled with a genuine sense of happiness and contentment.
As the sun began to set, we made our way to the bay. With the tranquil waters as their backdrop from one side and the city on the other, they savored a few quiet moments together, lost in conversation about their future together.
