Happy Wednesday, friends! This one, is a GOOD one. Im gonna need you to get super excited about this blog. Meet Pippa + Jake. Pippa’s wedding was supposed to be LAST March (2020) and it was the first wedding we had to postpone due to Covid-19, actually, in general, it was the first time we had to postpone a wedding.

Last March, the WEEK OF THEIR WEDDING, Pippa and Jake had to make the very difficult and emotional decision to postpone their wedding. Everything happened and escalated so quickly. There were so many unknowns. Tears were shed. Plans were being changed by the hour. Her flowers had already been delivered to her florist, Market31Events.

BUT, now we are here, THE WEEK OF HER WEDDING!! and this time, this time its going to be AMAZING!!!!

Pippa and Jake actually met at a wedding!! They are one of the few couples that I personally know that have met at a wedding. Together, they have created a beautiful life together, focusing on what matters most- family. They have a beautiful baby girl named Rowan, which I cant wait to see!! You can see her if you scroll to the bottom. I bet she’s grown so much since we did this shoot. She is going to be so happy when she sees her mama looking like a princess.

Pippa wanted a unique + industrial location for her engagement session but an outdoor/natural location for her photos with Rowan. So I figured doing Treaty Oak with Rowan and a downtown parking garage for just the two of them would be perfect. Especially since the 2 are very close to each other in distance.

I love how their photos turned out. Very modern yet emotional and intimate. Pippa and Jake we are SOOOO excited to finally celebrate you two. You both deserve to live out your best day ever and I’m so honored to be there and capture that for you! See you soon!!
