This is where our journey together begins!
Step 1: Inquiring + Booking
Once you send your inquiry, you will receive packages with all of the details you need to know about our offerings. We will then schedule a call or we prefer an in person get together to explain to you the WOJ experience. This will allow us to answer any and all questions you may have. Once an agreement is signed & deposit is obtained (all online), you'll officially become a WOJ bride! YAY!!
Step 2: Engagement Session
After we do our initial meeting & choose the perfect date, time & location, it’ll be time for your beautiful engagement session. An engagement session is essential because it serves as a warm up for your wedding day and allows us to get comfortable with one another. We are going to have so much fun this day & you will really get to feel how easy & organic our “posing direction” is! We’ll have you feeling confident and comfortable and ready for your wedding day.
Step 3: Planning, Details + Timeline
Let’s be honest, planning a wedding can sometimes be a little stressful. Okay ALOT stressful1! In our experience, trusting your vendors is key to minimizing that stress. But that trust can only come through a relationship. We take pride in getting to know our couples & being available to help with anything thing you need, from which shoes to choose, to helping you decide what time to set your ceremony, to assisting you with creating a personalized timeline. A professional & well thought out timeline will ensure you have time to get all the images you have envisioned, which will allow you to enjoy your wedding day because you’re not rushing around trying to get all the photos knocked out! -- In case you're wondering -- We will ALWAYS do a walkthrough of your venue prior to your wedding day because this allows us to help discover the best locations to capture those beautiful & intimate bride & groom portraits!
Step 4: Your Wedding Day!
Your day finally arrives! All that planning has finally all come together beautifully! Our main focus is to ensure it is as fun, easy, and stress-free as possible. Your only job is to relax and take it all in; knowing that we will be there to capture every detail, moment and make the process pleasant and overall romantic & fun.
Step 5: Honeymoon + Delivery
We get to go to the "Honeymoon" right? Haha jk! While you are on your honeymoon you can only expect an email from us as your sneak peaks will be ready for you to see! You can expect to receive your finished wedding gallery with HUNDREDS & HUNDREDS of images, approximately six to eight weeks following your wedding day. You will receive an online gallery with high resolution digital files and will be able to download, share and print high resolution images. Custom designed signature albums are also available upon request. We can work together to create beautifully designed spreads, choose cover options and finalize details for your album before it’s printed and shipped directly to you.
Pricing
Wedding photography is a lot of things but it primarily is an investment. An investment which will last for eternity. When the night is over, family & friends have left, the delicious cake is eaten and the beautiful dress is hung, you want to ensure that you will never forget the night that changed your life forever.
