Meagan + Noah Engagement Session | St. Augustine, Florida

Y’all, I have some very exciting news…. we are shooting our first post Covid-19 wedding tomorrow!! We are soooo excited to be back behind the camera capturing beautiful wedding day memories. And I’m sooo excited because the couple getting married is: Meagan + Noah!!!

So today, I am sharing Meagan and Noahs love story + engagement session with you all. Before I talk about their engagement session, I just want you to read a few quotes from the bride & groom-to be about how they first met.

Noah:

“In 2012, it wasn’t as common as it is now to meet on the internet, but that’s how I found love. I added Meg on Facebook one day - she was stunning and her beauty forced me to click “Add Friend.” Little did I know, that would be the most important friend request sent in my life.“

Meagan:

“Talking to him was easy, seemed natural, and we seemed to have an instant bond. I felt very comfortable talking to him although I had never met him in person before. Then, on a random Friday, I agreed to meet up with him. From the moment that we laid eyes in the parking lot, we instantly had a connection and somehow we both knew this was something special. Not sure what it was, but at that moment, I knew he was meant for me. He grabbed my hand and I haven’t let go since.”

And you guysssss, TOMORROW (WOOO-HOO!) we get to witness Meagan and Noah get married in front of their closest friends and family. It’s going to be absolutely perfect!

When we were discussing their engagement session, Meg wanted something low key but she also knew she wanted to somehow honor her families heritage. She had a custom made Qipao as a modern twist to Taiwanese wedding wear for a part of their engagement session.

We started off the session by exploring the beautiful streets of St. Augustine, Florida, since its the city they are getting married in. We then took a break and finished the session in Meagan’s traditional red Taiwanese bridal wear. We had such a great time with them and are so happy we were able to capture her culture.
