Speaking of love stories, Love stories often begin in unexpected ways, weaving together the lives of two individuals who, against all odds, find their way to each other. Mike and Nicole’s love story is no different. Their love story began with a chance meeting, it blossomed over time, and was sealed under the twinkling lights of St. Augustine.

Their story began in the most serendipitous of ways – through mutual friends. Nicole and Mike were both college students, Nicole attending the University of Georgia and Mike studying at the University of Florida. House is divided only during this rivalry game ;) It turns out, Nicole’s best friend was dating Mike's roommate at the time, creating the perfect opportunity for them to cross paths. Little did they know that this chance encounter would be the beginning of something beautiful.

For Mike and Nicole, the spark was immediate and effortless. When they met in person, it was like they'd known each other forever. Their connection was undeniable, and their love story unfolded naturally, day by day.

Mike's proposal to Nicole was nothing short of magical It took place during the "Nights of Lights" in the enchanting city of St. Augustine, Florida. This annual event transforms the historic city into a breathtaking display of lights, creating a romantic atmosphere that was perfect for this special moment.

And since Mike’s proposal was such a magical moment, we knew we had to make sure their engagement session was just as magical. Engagement sessions are a wonderful opportunity for couples to celebrate their love and commitment in a beautiful setting. When it comes to breathtaking backdrops, Washington Oaks State Park and Gardens, located in Palm Coast, Florida, is a true gem. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Matanzas River, this stunning park was a perfect canvas for capturing their beautiful season of life.

It’s as if Washington Oaks State Park and Gardens was created specifically for engagement sessions. With its lush gardens, towering oak trees, and a unique coquina rock formations along the shoreline, this park is perfect for engagement session. The park's diverse landscapes offers countless opportunities for photos.

AND to our surprise, we were the only ones there! We got to enjoy the entire park as we walked around getting to know Nicole + Mike. We even got to meet their pup, Rosie. She was a little camera shy but still made an appearance!
