HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA

This weekend, two of the sweetest people are becoming husband and wife at the beautiful Treasury on the Plaza, in St. Augustine, and we honestly couldn’t be more excited to be the ones capturing it all. From the moment we met Nicole + Nick, we knew they were something special. You can feel how well they fit together—they are made for one another. I’ve been counting down the days since their engagement session, and trust me—you’re going to fall in love with these two just like we did.

The way they met honestly sounds like something straight out of a romantic movie. Nicole turned around at a bar, and there was Nick—sitting back-to-back with her. She asked his name. He said, “Nick.” She smiled and said, “I’m Nicole—we must be meant to be.” Just like that, a spark was lit. It was love at first sight—the kind of connection you don’t come across often, but when you do, you just know it’s the real thing.

For their engagement session, they made the trip to St. Augustine and we had the best time wandering the city with them. We started their session at a church—not your typical photo spot, I know—but wait until you see this one! Memorial Presbyterian in St. Augustine is absolutely breathtaking. The architecture is something you'd expect to find tucked away in a European city, not right here in Florida. That evening, the light hit just right—golden and soft—and made everything look like a dream. Nicole wore a beautiful pleated white dress with delicate spaghetti straps, and Nick kept it timeless in a crisp white shirt and dark pants. They looked effortlessly elegant, completely at ease in each other’s arms.

Their chemistry is undeniable. They don’t even have to do anything—just being near each other is enough. But of course, they couldn’t help being playful and flirty. After the church, we wandered through the cobblestone alleys of downtown St. Augustine, where they hugged, twirled, kissed, they literally looked like they were in a movie. The love they share is soft, joyful, and beautifully romantic.

Nicole and Nick, you are the kind of couple that makes you feel lucky just to witness your love. We are counting down the minutes to your wedding—it’s going to be full of joy, meaning, and everything that makes your story so incredibly special. we cannot wait!!! see you soon!
